1. Ordering & Storefront Transactions
By placing an order through HIMI Botanicals storefront (`/shop`, `/pots`), you agree to provide accurate customer details for order processing, billing, and parcel delivery. Retail orders are processed upon successful payment verification via Cashfree payment gateway.
2. Wholesale Quotations & Validity
Quotations generated via the B2B Wholesale Quotation Builder (`/bulk`) reflect specified tiered volume discount slabs based on subtotal limits. Formal quote PDFs generated by HIMI remain valid for the period specified on the quotation snapshot document.
3. Product Specifications & Live Plants
Living plants are natural botanical products. While heights, foliage density, and care guides reflect acclimatized nursery stock standards, natural variations in leaf pattern, growth stage, and pot texture are inherent features of handcrafted botanical products.
4. Payment Gateway Security
All storefront transactions are securely processed through Cashfree payment infrastructure. HIMI does not store full credit card or netbanking credentials on local web servers.
