1. Delivery Coverage

HIMI ships plants, handcrafted ceramic planters, and accessories across serviceable pincodes in India. Shipping charges are calculated dynamically at checkout based on delivery location and order weight.

2. Protective Botanical Packaging

Living plant specimens are packaged in ventilated, spill-proof protective containers to ensure soil moisture retention and foliage safety during transit.

3. Order Tracking

Once an order is dispatched, tracking details and shipment updates are posted to your customer account dashboard (`/account/orders`).

4. Bulk & Wholesale Freight

For large wholesale orders placed via quotation builder (`/bulk`), specialized transport and freight arrangements are coordinated as specified in the quotation agreement.
